Breaking in the Jeep-August 2014

We got up early and "prepared" the Jeep.  Took top off for the first time.

We found our first 4 wheelin' road.  I got out to take photos.  I am surprised they did not tip over at one point!!!

We found some really BIG puddles.  Brad went for it and we covered the Jeep and us with mud.  There goes out brand new vehicle!!

Driving home on !-25 was not so pleasant.  Very noisy and very windy.  Sammy and Emily covered up with blanket and Sam crashed!! At one point  I thought we were going to loose her off the side of the Jeep.  So Emily held her in!!

We made it home safely and then went to work to clean the dang thing out!   Well worth it-What an awesome day!!

Our Centennial Ward Elders

 Having the Elders over for dinner and they sang us a few church hymns.  We love Elder Maz (Mazencowski) and Elder Kuns!

A concert in the park, which never actually happened, but I loved just sitting there watching people and listening to the band warm up.  

Pretty soon the girls got tired of me and went to watch the skater boys. 

We always have a fire and roast marshmallows and Starburst

This year Emily got burnt pretty bad from hot, falling lava (which was Starburst.)  She iced it and 2 months later there is still a scar.

We went into town a couple of times to horse around.  Xylophones!

Free rides on the Gondola and ice cream cones were a good pair!!

FISHING TOO!!  But no bites, at all...

And while Brad went fly fishing, me and the girls went hiking to the waterfall.  

They were daredevils and climbed UP the waterfall!

And some of them went all the way in!!
