Rexburg road trip

We decided to take a trip to Rexburg to check out BYUI before Emily goes in the fall.  10 hour drive.
Some parts of Wyoming and Idaho were gorgeous...
These are Brad's sunglasses and after looking at this photo I think it is time to purchase my own style.  But look how beautiful my Sam is!
Well, she is beautiful except when she makes this face.  Ha Ha
I was so impressed with BYUI.  Look!  They even have Harry Potter t-shirts in the bookstore.
Spencer and Jaymn were great tour guides and showed us all over the campus.
Oh my goodness, I hope Emily does this.
Spiritual feelings all the time because of the visuals they have.

ice cream at the local ice cream parlor behind Spenc and Jay's place

We toured Emily's apartment that she will live in...The Centre Square.  It is brand new and still under construction.  She is a lucky girl! Look at  this kitchen!!

Time to check out the hotel pool

I love this photo.  Sister love.
I have a photo of her when she was little with googles on and things have not changed much.

Fill-in's

These are fill-in moments that are sometimes the best moments.  Mom and I had lunch with one of mom's oldest friends, Marge Baldwin.  Check out these foxy 70 year olds.
Daycare babies and their cuteness.  Walker.

 Walker and Aidan
Walker, Sophia and Aidan doing some "work" with Nanny
Walker and Emily.  This is about the cutest thing I've ever seen.

We had to test Emily for sleep apnea.  Hooked her up to a machine that tracks her breathing at night. She passed-no sleep apnea!

I text this photo to Emily while she was at school and she replied "whhhaaattt?"  She had no idea she was on the honor roll.

FHE...we took the top off the Jeep and took a trip downtown to VooDoo donuts.

It's "Taco Tuesday" at Costa Vida and we ran into Josh.

Eyebrow and mustache wax together.  Ow.

Wet hair after baptisms for the dead at the temple.  Does my heart good.

It's the stock show and Brad and I finally made it back after 21 years!!

We went there on our first date but were too late to get in, so he owed me a date there.  But we never made it back until now, 3 kids later, 21 years later!! Started with dinner at Toby Keith's restaurant.

Then to Bass Pro Shops to buy Emily some cowboy boots.  Spoiled.

Next day, the Stock Show!  And it was fun! From the $15 big fat sausages...

...to walking around the Western complex and checking out all the vendors.  Brad getting zapped.
...and after the rodeo we went to meet the animals...
